Today, I would like to talk about gratitude. Choosing Gratitude for ME! Yippee!
So much of my life I haven’t been grateful for myself. Can any of you relate to this? I would judge myself constantly and always go into the wrongness of whatever I did. Like it was never good enough. One of the things that shifted this for me was keeping a Gratitude Journal and waking up in the morning and writing down 3 things that I’m grateful for. If your’d like, take a moment right now and write down 3 things that you’re grateful for. How does that make you feel? Did that make you feel lighter and more space?
When we have gratitude we can’t go into judgment and the wrongness of us. Gratitude and judgment can’t exist simultaneously. So, play with this if you like and see how much fun you can have.
So, take a few deep breathes from the top of your head to your toes. Again, breathe in and out. Perceive the energy of gratitude and let it expand out. Continue expanding out. Take a few minutes and continue to expand out…
